SHAM SHUI PO | STREET PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

Join award-winning photographer Alex Macro as he takes you on an eclectic journey through the visually rich Sham Shui Po. Learn simple techniques and gain new skills to improve your phoneography or photography. From simply slowing down and being able to read the streets to ‘working a scene’ and telling stories.

This is one of Hong kongs the poorest neighbourhoods that until very recently was untouched by the modern shinny towers. That is of course changing fast. The textile and button shops, electronics, and machinery markets are still a fixture but the rows of metal shapers and mechanics are now peppered with hipster coffee shops and vegan eateries. This is a perfect time to capture it before the massive changes.
