THE THING IS
You know the trips people talk about for years? We build those. Rare experiences most people never get close to. Beautiful places to stay. Food worth turning up hungry for. You’ll come back with a story nobody else has. And the pictures to prove it.
95% solo.
Most guests come on their own. Never more than ten of you. Curious people, experiences you can't help getting involved in. The camera gives you a reason to slow down and actually see the place. Trips built for storytelling.
Rare access.
Hanging out with a trainee monk in Cambodia. A maiko in Kyoto. Ballet dancers in Havana before the curtain goes up. Waking up in a temple in Koyasan, deep in a 1,200-year-old forest. Not the usual version of a country. The bit behind it. The bit with some life in it.
We’re looking at the next phase in travel; luxe boutique hotels, gourmet food and locations to die for. This is not a technical photography course; it’s cool, creative, funny, quirky, high-end and the guys that run it really know how to create great holidays. Definitely try it.

No tech.
The camera's not there to make you a "photographer". It's there because it makes everything else work. You've got something to do. Something to talk about. The ice breaks faster than you'd think. You also start seeing things. Properly. The stuff that's actually there, not just the postcard version. Some people go deep on it. Others just let it ride along. Either way, by the end of the week you'll have pictures that only you could have made. If you'd rather take photos than talk about them, you're in the right place.
I was nervous about my first ever solo holiday … My experience exceeded all of my expectations. It was intense, fun and exciting … The people were magic. I have made new, firm friends. Laura, Edinburgh
