Have you ever thought of combining your passion for photography with a holiday in a beautiful country?
Since 2008, Creative Escapes have been offering award-winning tailor-made photographic holidays, giving you the opportunity to sharpen your skills in 10 incredible destinations worldwide.
You will benefit from small group sizes and expert tuition, all in easy-to-understand language. Accommodation is hand-selected from boutique gems – for those with busy lives, we think of everything (so you don’t have to).
How about shooting a living goddess in ancient Kathmandu, kicking back exploring the Keralan backwaters in your own luxury houseboat?
Or photographing big cats, elephants and crocodiles from the back of a private safari jeep in Sri Lanka?
Our experiential itineraries are between 5 and 11 days, starting with a relaxed check-in at your hotel and your first session on understanding your camera, pitched perfectly to your level. The following days will include guided trips and activities with tuition on skills such as composition, exposure, documentary images and travel editorial.
We only hire photographers at the top of their game, and our friendly tutors will let you in on some of the tricks used by professional and commercial photographers, to ensure you really get the best shots. As the name suggests, we’ll give you all the creative skills you need to shoot pictures that wow.
After all of our creative efforts, we steer clear of the tourist packs and take you behind the scenes, local style, to our handpicked selection of the best bars and restaurants, to make your experience much richer – and take some time to review all of our best pictures with a glass of something cold.
